Return & Refund Policy
At Ozark Mulligan Golf, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased from our Clearance collection
- Customized or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at Ozarkmulliganhatco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ozark Mulligan Golf is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Ozarkmulliganhatco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
